Q1. Why are you going to the South Pole again?
=) To check on our telescope and make modifications to improve it. This telescope is for finding out about how our Universe started by studying the radiation left over from the Big Bang.

Q2(Sarah). How many people are on your telescope team?
=) Our team has ~17 members (though less than half of us work full time on this project), including 3 cosmology professors, 7 physicists, 4 graduate students, 2 electrical engineers, and a software engineer.

Q3(Purva). How long will it take you to build your telescope?
=) Last year, we successfully set up our telescope during the 3 months from November to February.

Q4(Priyanka). Have you seen anything yet in your telescope?
=) We have made a map of the radiation from the Big Bang, with interesting patterns =>

Q5. What time is it there?
=) Since the flights are from New Zealand, we use NZ time. That's 3 hours behind California (but 1 day ahead).

Q6. How can I reach you?
=) You can use Skype (yukimoon), or you can call a regular US domestic number 1-720-568-1xxx (Denver) and it'll reach my room! You can reach me only when the satellites are visible.

Q7. What's it like there now?
=) You can see the live image of the station and the weather.
