[DUSELScience] Nearly final draft of the S1 high level document posted

The current draft of Deep Science has been posted under 
www.dusel.org. This nearly final version of the S1 "high level 
document" takes into account the extensive comments made by our 
reviewers. It is mostly without  figures, as the full  document 
including the many illustrations is being assembled with the figures 
in parallel.
In terms of the technical documents, we have  a final version of most 
of them, (they have all been reviewed except the ones on 
Infrastructure or Management which have been waiting on my desk while 
the high level document is being finished)
