Registration fee: Thanks to the support of INPAC and of the NSF through the existing S1 grant, we are able to keep the registration fees relatively low in spite of the expenses of a meeting in central Washington DC. We have fixed the registration fees as follows
Friday event: Free. Register for Open Meeting only.
Saturday and Sunday workshop:
On line registration before October 25 (note: hotel block of rooms is reserved and room rate is guaranteed till October 18)
• Standard: $300
• Students and Postocs: $225.
On site registration
• Standard: $375
• Students and Postdocs: $300.
In order to maximize interaction time, this registration fee includes not only the meeting organization, rooms, coffee break, internet but also Saturday breakfast, lunch, reception and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.
Hotel: Renaissance M Street Hotel, 1143 New Hampshire Ave NW, Washington, DC
We have reserved till October 18 a block of rooms from Thursday night November 1 to Monday morning November 4, assuming relatively few people will arrive Thursday night and leave Monday morning. We have also negotiated a room rate of $189/night (+14.5% tax) for single or double. Please make your reservation through our website and not directly from the hotel (we are contractually bound to a minimum of rooms and direct reservation complicates the accounting).
